Quando ho deciso di proporre una trasmissione alla web-radio dell'Università Ca' Foscari di Venezia sapevo che avrei trovato un ambiente non professionale. Speravo che questa carenza, ovvia per il tipo di iniziativa proposta, fosse compensata da tanto entusiasmo, voglia di fare e tensione al miglioramento.
L'idea che mi ero fatto è stata purtroppo disattesa oltremisura. Per farla breve, su 7 puntate registrate, solamente una è andata in onda correttamente all'interno della fascia oraria prestabilita.
Non per mia volontà, ho avuto modo di interagire direttamente con poche persone all'interno della radio. Una di queste è Nicola Bernardi (responsabile musicale), l'unico che pur non avendo una colpa diretta nella messa in onda, si e' prontamente scusato al verificarsi di ogni problema. Sono riuscito a parlare con Pietro Rossato (station manager) una sola volta, in occasione degli errori nella programmazione della puntata numero 6: invece di ricevere scuse o chiarimenti mi sono sentito rispondere che il problema era mio (cosa completamente falsa).
Al verificarsi di un nuovo inconveniente nella replica di ieri sera, ho preso atto della mancanza di volontà nel costruire qualcosa di serio e allo stesso tempo mi sono resco conto di come manchi il rispetto nei confronti di chi presta il proprio tempo al fine di far crescere una iniziativa gestita da noi studenti. Disattenzione e non-professionalità sono due concetti distinti che non possono essere confusi.
Per i motivi esposti l'esperienza con Radio Ca' Foscari termina qui, mentre per quest'anno proseguirà con modalità da definire il programma.
Ringrazio coloro che mi hanno ascoltato e sostenuto, quelli che si sono complimentati e hanno dato un appoggio emotivo, Nicola e Luca (Vibes) di RcF.
