2008/07/06 Minimalism strikes back. New site version online!

I've changed nearly all the pages on this site. In addition, this site is no longer dynamic because I switched to a static site generated with an sh script based on genosite. The new layout is beautiful to my eyes and it came out from a collaboration between arg and me. Oh... I should also say that a public repository for this site is now available :)

This release is dedicated to my girlfriend Antonella.

2008/05/07 Jungle Flare is dead! Long life Jungle Flare!

Yes, my jungle/drum'n'bass radio show on RcF is dead. Details for italian readers can be found here.

2008/03/31 New stuff

Once again a new CSS layout. Quite minimalistic but a bit more pleasant than the older one. It's also time to announce Jungle Flare, a jungle/drum'n'bass web-radio show I'm running weekly.

Take a look at the web page, there are podcasts inside!

2008/02/02 Improvements

2007/10/20 Tons of updates and improvements

As you probably noticed, minimalblue is back home. Thanks again to Stefano for keeping the site and elogger online during these months!

I took advantage of the offline period to do some structural changes to both site and server:

  • minimalblue.com is now powered by Apache-2.2
  • While PHP support is still available, the main site now uses a cgi script written in rc (based on diri) and markdown.pl to convert txt file to html.
  • New layout: improvements in usability and... well, it looks quite cool.
  • New section called "Uni" with some useful stuff.

2007/07/30 Downtime expected, minimalblue temporarily hosted by Stefano

I will not explain in detail why my server will be offline for a long time (1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month? Who knows?) because I am really pissed off with those morons of Infostrada, my telephone company (it's not a problem of NGI my internet provider). So, thanks to Stefano, I've moved elogger and this site (not the other vhosts) on his server. I would like to say thank you also to Whirl256, for offering her own workstation as a server :)

Thanks again!

2007/04/01 minimalblue restyling

It is hard to admit, but after several years, my minimalist approach made me a sad guy. That's why I decided to switch current layout to a new one, mostly inspired by Harlequin, a comic servant character from the Italian Commedia dell'Arte.

2007/02/14 irc bot

As of today, there will be a bot logging the official Italian Gentoo IRC channel on Freenode. Nickname elogger on #gentoo-it. Logs available here.
